i say, "go with what makes you happy!" i did a name poll when i was working in an office and about to deliver riley. if i would have gone with the name my co-workers liked the best, riley's name would be kaitlynne. i'm SO glad we went with riley. it just seems to fit her.
and i'm glad you guys went with carter. i just can't wait to SEE him! c'mon. post a picture, don't be greedy! :)
